different recruitment practices

recruiters generally follow different practices for filling their vacancies. these practices include references/ campus recruitment (for freshers)/ job fests ( for freshers/ experienced) and many more where they invest alot.
in spite of using these practices they should plan their recruitment exercises and then should go for joint campus drives which can give them a no of choices and also the quality they want.
adopting this practice they can get their time saved/ money saved and also the maximum of data bank.
also they can get the employees at the cheaper rates coz they are to recruit from thousands of people and many of which are very good technically and having the required managerial skills.
